The ever-changing rules at security don't flummox me as much as the check-in procedure. My flying experiences are so far apart that there always wild new twists in self-serve check-in. And the staff (cross fingers there is a helper type around) are always politely exasperated at my fumbling ignorance. Didn't you read all the notifications from our app? YOU DON'T HAVE OUR APP???
