Somehow all those presentations of "LIFE IN THE FUTURE!" over the years failed to mention that a person could only enjoy that future for the length of a battery charge.
I can see all those digital check-in tools are mucho groovy for a ultra frequent flyer. For guys like me, who fly (maybe) once a year, they're always a sharp and frustrating learning curve. Everything has always changed/"upgraded" every time and the airlines/airport assume everyone is fully aware of every nuance of the procedure.
