  1. Between my own experiences and collected anecdotes of friends, the home-grown authentic cuisines are usually a big plate of *BLEH*. In most cases, the mixed cultural mosaic of North American took these recipes and carried them the distance for a winning result.

    1. Oooooh boy I could not disagree more when it comes to Italian food! I took my wife (who is Italian) to my hometown childhood favorite pizzeria and it was practically inedible. I was shocked
