There is a lovely little "dictionary" by Douglas Adams that is full of words like this. "The Meaning of Liff" takes all the random words that hang around on signposts all day, and assigns them to the myriad of human experiences for which we have no words. You'd love it!
Leuven: the sound of a chair dragging across a wooden floor... in the university library. Brussel: a sudden violent cough ending in a sneeze? Antwerp: ??? ( ͠° ͟ʖ ͡°)
