Absolutely true. My advice to every international student I have (I teach English to speakers of other languages,) and every person I know who is traveling and most importantly MOVING to a new place is to take a lot of pictures in the first month to catch whatever they notice. THEN, as life continues, "forget those pictures" Develop a personal list of "themes" - doors; windows; people doing work; night spots; what locals think is "famous, " or "important - food, leisure activities, local historical spots; and pictures of local friends and acquaintances you make. This cartoon is "rueful" for me, but well expressed! Thank you.

That's awesome advice. It turns the complaint in the comic into positive advice! Great.

Keep up the good work !
Thanks.
Thanks Mudassar! I would love to visit Pakistan. If I did, where would you recommend going?
ReplyDeleteYou could start from the capital (Islamabad),
ReplyDeletego to the picturesque valleys of northern areas upto Skardu. You could also visit Lahore and Karachi.
